Sauteed Brussle SproutsMary Ferguson
- One large onion, chopped
- one package Brussle sprouts, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
Saute the onion in 2 Tablespoons margerine until translucent. Add the Brussle Sprouts to the pan: Frozen- put in the pan whole & semi thawed. Fresh - cut the sprouts in 1/2 or 1/4 if very large and put in the pan.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat until the onions carmalize and the sprouts are cooked
This is also good with pieces of apple added to the pan
