Healthy low fat Spaghetti Carbonara

ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4 tbs grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, divided
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt, plus more to taste
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 LB Asparagus
  • 10 Oz Thin Whole-grain Spaghetti or Barilla Plus
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes, or to taste
  • 4 oz Nitrate-free Deli-Fresh Ham, Cut into 1/2 inch Pieces
  • 8 Sun-dried Tomato Halves (packed in Olive oil), patted dry and thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
