Healthy low fat Spaghetti Carbonara

- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 tbs grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, divided
- 1/8 tsp sea salt, plus more to taste
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 LB Asparagus
- 10 Oz Thin Whole-grain Spaghetti or Barilla Plus
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Pinch Red Pepper Flakes, or to taste
- 4 oz Nitrate-free Deli-Fresh Ham, Cut into 1/2 inch Pieces
- 8 Sun-dried Tomato Halves (packed in Olive oil), patted dry and thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
