Thai tea is a blend of tea leaves, herbs, and spices under the name Thai Seasoning Mix or Cha Thai. It is available in 1-pound package in well-stocked Asian grocery stores.
ingredients
- 3/4-1 cup Thai tea, Seasoning Mix, more to taste
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, more or less to taste (optional)
- 3/4 cup sweet condensed milk (1 can)
- 1 pint half-and-half or milk
- 4 cups crushed ice
