Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • shredded taco seasoned cheese or shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet over medium to high heat and drain. Add taco seasoning, water, and salsa. Stir together well and reduce heat to low, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Place one biscuit in each muffin cup and press to fit muffin cup. Spoon meat mixture into each biscuits evenly. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° until biscuit is done and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, salsa, black olives, chopped onions, and chopped jalapenos if desired.
