Beef - Pigs in the Blanket

This is a very old recipe from my grandmother, that we still enjoy with mashed potatoes on the side!
ingredients
- 1 thin-cut round steak (1 1/4 lbs)
- 4 slices of bacon, trimmed and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- toothpicks
- Gravy:
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 4 TBS flour
