Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 2 cups flour, sifted

    1. Cream butter and cheeses

    2. Add dry ingredients, mix and shape in 1 1/2 inch roll and chill at least 60 minutes. Slice thinly and bake at 375 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes.
