- 1 cup quaker oats
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 brownulated suger
- cinnamon to taste
- I 16 oz can of whole cranberry sauce
- 1 can of apple pie filling or 3 large apples cut and seasoned to taste with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- 1 stick of melted margarine
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients with melted margarine to make the granola “crunch.” cover the pan that you baking in about 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch with the granola.
Mix the fruit together in a separate bowl. Add the mixture on top of the first layer of granola crunch.
Add a second layer of granola crunch to fully cover the fruit filling.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit t for 45 minutes.
