This was a must at all grad student parties on Guam and one I have used for years. Excellent
ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- l/2 c each shortening, cocoa, hot water
- 2 eggs
- l c milk
- 1 tsp each: vanilla, salt, baking soda
- 2 c flour
