Randi’s Homemade Fries
I love to make homemade fries for my family. It’s nice to know exactly what is going in their bodies and it’s still fun to eat fries!
- 3-4 Large Potatoes- thinly cut length wise – think McDonald’s size fries
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Chili Powder- as much as you like – I like a lot!
- Pam Cooking Spray – Generously coated on baking sheet…GENEROUSLY!
