Aunt Katy’s Scottish Shortbread
My Aunt Katy made these as a Christmas gift for us one year...they melt in your mouth!!
- 2 C Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 C Sugar
- 5 C All Purpose Flour
Chopped pecans to taste can be added to all or part of the batter before baking, as desired.
