ingredients

  • 3/4 C whole wheat pastry flour
  • 3/4 C whole wheat all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 C melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 C maple syrup
  • 1/4 C milk substitute
  • 1/4 C apple juice
  • 1 C grated zucchini
  • Banana chips for garnish (optional)
