  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla, stir in flour, salt and nuts. form into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10-12 min. Roll in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
