Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg varkenshaasje = pork tenderloin
  • mosterd
  • 2 prei
  • 4 wortelen
  • 1 broccoli
  • 300gr princessebonen
  • geraspte kaas
  • peper, zout, muskaatnoot

    Snij het varkenshaasje in dikke schijven, insmeren met mosterd en bakken in boter. Snij de prei in grote stukken en wortelen in fijne staafjes.

    Blancheer de prei, wortelen, broccoliroosjes en boontjes tot ze beetgaar zijn. Leg ze in vuurvaste schotel, rijtje varkenshaasje, rijtje prei, varkenshaasje, broccoli, wortelen, varkenshaasje, boontjes. Kruid met peper, zout en muskaatnoot en overgiet met saus of room, bestrooi met kaas.

    Bedek de vuurvaste schotel met alufolie en plaats half uur in voorverwarmde over (175graden)
