  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 C dry Vermouth
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Coleman’s dry mustard
  • dash garlic powder or more to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 C lump crabmeat

directions

notes

If vermouth is not available, you can substitute some dry white wine. Photo note: Dungeness crabs caught in beautiful BC, Canada.
