Cocktail Meatballs

  • Meatballs:
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1/4c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2c parmesan cheese
  • Sauce:
  • 10oz grape jelly
  • 12 oz bottle chili sauce
  • 1T worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2t garlic salt
  • 1/8t pepper
  • 1/4c light cream

    Mix together first 4 ingredients and shape into balls (or buy frozen small meatballs).

  • 2

    Melt grape jelly in pan, add chili sauce and other ingredients and mix together and let simmer. Add meatballs and heat through.
