The Orion Cooker makes some of the best BBQ around. We make it for clients as well as for our own gatherings. The secret of this meat is in the rub and the cooking time. The good thing about the Orion is that all you have to do is set it up and just let it go except for adding more charcoal every so often during cooking so that it maintains consistent heat.

- 1 5-6 lb. Boston butt
- 1 Tbs. mild paprika
- 2 tsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. hot paprika
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
