Tortellini Bake
A very easy recipe that serves loads and is very forgiving!!
ingredients
- packet cheese tortellini
- tub marinara sauce
- tub marscapone
- grated cheese (parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella your choice)
directions
Cook tortellini VERY al dente. Drain pasta leaving a approx tablespoon water in pan.Add marscapone (or ricotta or both) stir till melted. Mix in a jar or tub of red pasta sauce (about the same amount as the cheese.) Add pasta back into pan and mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish and put into medium oven for 35 minutes. Can sprinkle with lots of cheese before baking.
