- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Pound Fettucini Pasta, Cooked and Drained
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper
