• 4 oz’s fresh goat cheese
• 1 TBS. fresh lemon juice
• Scant 1/4 teaspoon koshser salt
• 1 Gala apple, peled, quartered and sliced
• 2 TBS honey plus more for drizzling
• light dusting of ground allspice
