Corn and Cabbage Combo
Konrad always made this and served with his famous Spanish Style Round Steak.
ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz. package frozen corn
- 2 C red cabbage - shredded
- 2 tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 C cream style cottage cheese
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
directions

Cook corn according to package. In covered saucepan cook cabbage in small amount of boiling salted water until tender about 7 minutes and drain.

In large saucepan cook onion until tender. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and parmesan, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until cottage cheese begins to melt. Mix this with the corn.

Serve cabbage around the outside of skillet with corn mixture in the center.
