Crantini Cupcakes
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2up superfine {berry} sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
  • Zest of 1 large lime
Vodka-Lime Frosting
  • 3/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Shortening
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 4-5 cups Powdered {icing} Sugar, Sifted
  • 1-2 tsp. Milk
  • 2 Limes (1 for zesting and Juice, and 1 for garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp. Vodka
  • Splash of Cranberry juice
