Dionne Family Mustard / Mayonnaise
You can use this to dip chicken or it is great on ham or corn beef. This is Katie, Mom, Johnette, & Emily.
ingredients
- 4 oz dried mustard
- 1 C white vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 C mayonnaise
directions

Mix the dried mustard with 1 cup white vinegar in a small saucepan. Let it sit overnight on the counter stirring once in a while.

Next day beat 2 eggs and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour, and 1 cup sugar. Add to the mustard ingredients and cook on top of stove over low to medium heat till mixture just comes to a simmer to dissolve sugar.

Remove from stove and cool completely then add 1 cup of mayonnaise mix well. Refrigerate when done.
