Italian Vegetable Soup
This is a pretty good low calorie soup
ingredients
- 3 stalks celery - chopped
- 2 carrots - chopped
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 1 C mushrooms - chopped (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 containers - Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. basil
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 small package fresh cheese ravioli
- Fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
directions

Saute vegetables in olive oil until onion is transparent. Add broth and spices; bring to boil and add ravioli and cook 8 minutes on medium boil.

Add spinach at the end until wilted.

Add fresh grated parm and serve
