This is a pretty good low calorie soup

ingredients

  • 3 stalks celery - chopped
  • 2 carrots - chopped
  • 1 large onion - chopped
  • 1 C mushrooms - chopped (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 containers - Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp. italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 small package fresh cheese ravioli
  • Fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

directions

  • 1

    Saute vegetables in olive oil until onion is transparent. Add broth and spices; bring to boil and add ravioli and cook 8 minutes on medium boil.

    Add spinach at the end until wilted.

  • 3

    Add fresh grated parm and serve
