Baby Pizzas
ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough (see recipe below if not using frozen)
- 5 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled or mozzarella, shredded
- 5 oz cherry tomatoes quartered
- olive oil
- 1/3 C fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces
- salt and black fresh pepper
- 1 C warm water
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 3 C flour
- 1 tsp salt
- yellow cornmeal for sprinkling baking sheet

Preheat oven to 475

Roll out dough into 1/4 inch round

using 2 1/2 " cutter, cut out 30 circles

Arrange on 2 large baking sheets

SPrinkle on cheese, top with tomatoes, pressing them into dough gently.

Bake until golden (10 min)

Drizzle with oil, sprinkle on basil,salt and pepper

Combine water, yeast, honey and 1 tblsp oil

add 1 1/2 cups flour and salt

mix/knead by hand

make into ball, coat with remaining oil

cover with plastic wrap and let sit 1 1/2 hrs.
