Chinese Stir Fry
veggies
ingredients
- bean sprouts
- big selection of veggies cut up into easily cooked even sizes.
- I use grated carrots, sliced snow peas, beans, cabbage, red peppers zuchini, pak choi, sweet corn taken off cob, broccoli, cauliflower, peas (defrosted frozen are best)
- 1/3 cup mirin
- 1/3 up soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- garlic and grated fresh ginger optional
- cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish
- olive oil
directions
Sort veggies into bowls according to the cooking time. Heat wok till very hot add oil, then onion if wanted, carrots and then other veggies as needed apart from bean sprouts. keep stirring so nothing burns. Add beanprouts , stir then add liquids. Stir, take off heat then put into bowl Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro and serve.

This is the only vegetable that Howard will eat apart from potato!!
