Bacalhau a Braz ( Portuguese shreded cod fish with potatoes)
This is a typical Portuguese dish that will be worth doing the job if you can fin the salty cod!
ingredients
- cod alredy unsalted 600 gr.
- potatos 1 kg
- onions 3
- garlic cloves 2, crushed
- eggs 5
- oil 2dl
- chopped parsley
- salt and black pepper
- black olives

If dry cod has not yet been unsalted, allow it to soak overnight in water. In the morning get rid of the water and rinse the cod. Now the cod will be unsalted and ready for use!
