Passover popoversmarcie levine
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 4 whole eggs
Bring water and margerine to a boil.
Pour in dry ingredients all at one time.
Continue cooking for about one minute, stirring all the while, until dough no longer sticks to side of pan.
Remove from flame.
Add unbeaten eggs - one at a time - beating well after each egg.
Pour into well greased large cup cake tins, 3/4 full.
Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour
Remove from pan to cool quickly.
