Christmas Pizza

The pizza was different every year - varying the crust and the ingredients, but mainly pepperoni and extra cheese. Once Pillsbury came out with the pizza crust in a roll - I was in heaven.

ingredients

1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
1 ladle of your favorite pizza or tomato sauce
Assorted cheeses - we used grated sharp cheddar and mozzerella
Pre-sliced pepperoni and/or cooked sausage

directions

Roll out pizza dough

Pour one ladle of sauce over the dough (not too much)

Add cheeses

Place pepperoni and other ingredients on top

Bake according to pizza dough instructions. Slice and eat

notes

This was a tradition since we were married, only because we wanted something a little different. Thanksgiving was turkey and Easter was Ham, so that left Christmas.
