Katherine’s (Swedish) Pancakes
The pancakes are a weekly tradition in our house!
ingredients
- For the pancakes:
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1cup of Flour
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter melted (clarified if available)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Topping or filling suggestions:
- Powdered Sugar
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Real Maple Syrup
- Preserves (Lingonberry is traditional)
- Warm Ganache (melted Chocolate with whipping cream)
- Whipped Cream

To make “Katherine’s Pancakes, you will need: One medium sized mixing bowl A mixer or strong arm with a whisk 1 or 2 nonstick frying Pans
