Spinach Soufflé
An all-time family favorite you know and love! This will change the minds of almost all spinach haters.
ingredients
- 2 10 oz frozen packs spinach
- 1 C sour cream
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 jars Old English cheese (can substitute 1/4 lb cheddar shredded)
- 1/2 tbsp onion juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper or Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp Accent
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 C Italian or herbed bread crumbs

Cook and drain spinach. Fry bacon and crumble or chop.

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and place in a buttered casserole dish.

Top with bread crumbs and pats of butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
