Spinach Soufflé

An all-time family favorite you know and love! This will change the minds of almost all spinach haters.

ingredients

  • 2 10 oz frozen packs spinach
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 jars Old English cheese (can substitute 1/4 lb cheddar shredded)
  • 1/2 tbsp onion juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper or Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Accent
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 C Italian or herbed bread crumbs

directions

  • 1

    Cook and drain spinach. Fry bacon and crumble or chop.

  • 2

    Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and place in a buttered casserole dish.

  • 3

    Top with bread crumbs and pats of butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
