Carrot cake
ingredients
- cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups grated carrots (lightly packed)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- frosting:
- Mix the following:
- 4 cups (1 box) powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
