ingredients

• cake:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cup oil
• 2 cups grated carrots (lightly packed)
• 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
• frosting:
• Mix the following:
• 4 cups (1 box) powdered sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla
