Susan's Famous Peanut Butter and Jelly and Corn Chips on Rye Sandwich

  • 2 slices of dark Jewish rye bread

  • 4 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoons of favorite jelly (Raspberry is good)

  • ½ cup Frito Lay corn chips

  • Place slices of bread side-by-side on plate.

  • Scoop two tablespoons of peanut butter each on one slice of bread.

  • Scoop two tablespoons of jelly on other slices of bread.

  • Gently place rows of corn chips on each slice of bread that has peanut butter.

  • Corn chips will stick to the peanut butter.

  • Put one slice of bread with jelly together with a slice of bread with peanut butter.
