Tomitillo Sauce

ingredients

• 1 med yellow onion cut into 1/2 inch slices
• Extra Virgin Olive oil
• 10 medium tomatillos, husked and rinsed (found in the tomato section of the store)
• 1 small jalapeno pepper , stemmed and seeded
• 1/2 C fresh cilantro leaves
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 tsp dark brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• Juice from 1 lime.
