Peach Topping for Ice CreamLinda
- 2 lb peaches, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. OJ
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice Cream
Put all ingredients (except ice cream!) into large saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to simmer. Reduce heat. Stir frequently for 10 minutes on very low simmer.
Serve warm or cold.
