- 1 pound cooked beef, chicken, or pork
- 3 carrots finely diced
- 2 onions diced finely
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 package bean or rice threads (oriental vermicelli)
- DOUGH
- 2 cups flour
- 1 or 2 eggs
- water as needed to mix up dough
