Italian Salad Dressing
This delicious salad dressing is very quick to prepare and will keep in a screw top jar in the fridge for about a week. Perfect for summer salads.
ingredients
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 5 fl ozs extra virgin olive oil
- 5 fl ozs vegetable oil
- 5 fl ozs white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
