Black Bean & Corn DipKristine Yoon
This one is always gone and folks always ask for the recipe!
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 1 can shoe-peg corn
- 1 container feta
- 1/3 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/4 c sugar
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
