Ingredients

  • 1/2 package soft or firm tofu (Light options available)
  • 1/2 bag of your choice(s)frozen fruit
  • 12 oz. yogurt (regular or greek)

Place yogurt, frozen fruit, and yogurt in blender. Blend until spiral forms in center of blender. Pour in glass and enjoy!
