Oriental Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 1 can (13-14 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup oil (use less)
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (350° for 5-8 minutes)
- 2 cup diced cooked chicken (turkey or pork)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cup sliced spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
