Halupki
Grandma Millie’s recipe for stuffed cabbage in tomato and sauerfrat sauce. She usually made potato salad to go along with Halupki.
ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 3 lbs ground chuck
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 large cans tomato soup
- 1 package sauerkraut
