Fall apart Beef- Our favorite comfort food dinner
Paul Kollar (friend from target) who now lives in Minnesota always believed in easy comfort foods. Every Thanksgiving he voluntered his time to “Meals on Wheels”. And every year he would spend a week with his coast guard friends playing in a the annual softball tournament in grand haven michigan, drinking beer and what have ya’. This was one of the recipes that he made for the gang. It’s very good. Thanks Paul.
