Dad’s Sweet and Sour PorkAmanda

- 1 1/2 - 2 lb lean pork, cut in 2 inch cubes
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
Brown pork. Cut in 2 inch cubes. Simmer the pork for 1 1/2 hours in oil or crisco. Remove fat.
Cook pineapple juice, cornstarch and soy sauce until thick. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on lo heat until pepper is soft. Serve over pork.
