Cheese Cake
My Heart Swirled Valentine’s Cheesecake!
ingredients
FILLING- 8 oz Cream cheese (1 big packet)
- 3-4 slices chedar
- 3 oz (approx) Quesadilla cheese (mexican white cheese)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- Blackberry or Raspberry preserve to swirl
- 9"-pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- or make the crust with
- 13 Graham crackers
- 1/3 C melted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3-4 oz sharp chedar
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lime’s juice (less than 1/2 if it is a big lime)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- process is the same, makes only one 9" pie

Blend all ingredients together. Pour in the cracker-crusted molds. Makes 2 9’’ molds, the small ones.

Decorate with the fruit preserve and bake at 350° F until it sets. 50- 60 min.

If you pipe the preserve it is better if it is seedless. Otherwise the seeds give it a more authentic taste of fruit!!! mmmm =)

Tastes much better chilled! -Not the typical creamy cheesecake but a chunkier and with a salty hint one... oh like the one I used to have in Woolworth's cafeteria in my childhood :)
