My Heart Swirled Valentine’s Cheesecake!

ingredients

FILLING
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (1 big packet)
  • 3-4 slices chedar
  • 3 oz (approx) Quesadilla cheese (mexican white cheese)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Blackberry or Raspberry preserve to swirl
CRUST (for one pie)
  • 9"-pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • or make the crust with
  • 13 Graham crackers
  • 1/3 C melted butter
HALF
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3-4 oz sharp chedar
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lime’s juice (less than 1/2 if it is a big lime)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • process is the same, makes only one 9" pie

    Blend all ingredients together. Pour in the cracker-crusted molds. Makes 2 9’’ molds, the small ones.

    Decorate with the fruit preserve and bake at 350° F until it sets. 50- 60 min.

    If you pipe the preserve it is better if it is seedless. Otherwise the seeds give it a more authentic taste of fruit!!! mmmm =)

Tastes much better chilled! -Not the typical creamy cheesecake but a chunkier and with a salty hint one... oh like the one I used to have in Woolworth's cafeteria in my childhood :)
