Cheese Cake

My Heart Swirled Valentine’s Cheesecake!

FILLING
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (1 big packet)

  • 3-4 slices chedar

  • 3 oz (approx) Quesadilla cheese (mexican white cheese)

  • 1 can condensed milk

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 3 eggs

  • Blackberry or Raspberry preserve to swirl

CRUST (for one pie) HALF
  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 3-4 oz sharp chedar

  • ½ can condensed milk

  • ½ can evaporated milk

  • ½ lime’s juice (less than ½ if it is a big lime)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 egg

  • 1 yolk

  • process is the same, makes only one 9" pie

  • Blend all ingredients together. Pour in the cracker-crusted molds. Makes 2 9’’ molds, the small ones.

  • Decorate with the fruit preserve and bake at 350° F until it sets. 50- 60 min.

  • If you pipe the preserve it is better if it is seedless. Otherwise the seeds give it a more authentic taste of fruit!!! mmmm =)
