Poppy Seed Cake

An easy all-I-need-is-in-the-pantry kind of recipe!!!
ingredients
Ingredients- 2 C. Pancake Flour
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 C. Vegetable Oil
- 1 C. Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Shot of Poppy Seed

Mix everything but the seeds together. At the end add the poppy seeds and mix for a little bit more.

Bake at 350° F

Baking time varies depending on the mold used.

Around 20 min for muffins.

Deeper marble cake mold around 45 min.

My latest discovery, this recipe can become gluten free by substituting the pancake flour with gluten-free bisquick mix! Amazingly it tastes 99.99% the same!
