- 8 oz fettuccine noodles
- 1 1/4 c. fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 4 tsp flour
- 1/3 c. light cream cheese spread
- 3 Tbls grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of pepper
Cook pasta. Meanwhile, combine broth and flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese spread, 1 Tbls of parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes with wisk until mixture boils and thickens.
Drain pasta. toss with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
