Cinderella crisp

This is a very delicate sweet snack .It’s great to serve at Showers or just as desert .

  • 6 slices white bread trimmed --cut in 4 strips

  • 1 can Eagle brand milk

  • 2⅔ cup coconut .You may need more

  • Using two forks roll bread in Eagle brand milk then in Coconut .Place on well greased baking sheet .I use parshment paper .These are very messy to work with and also some of the Coconut will brown to much that falls off of the bread .Cook at 350 8 to 10 minutes .Don’t over cook .They are ready when the coconut starts to brown .They are very chewy after cooling .Remove from pan right away and let cool
