  • 6 cups sliced or diced fresh Brigham City peaches
  • or drained canned peaches(use the syrup in the cobbler)
  • Cobbler Topping:
  • 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • buttermilk or water or peach syrup to moisten
  • Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Raspberry Topping:
  • 1 cup fresh bear lake or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
