Beef Marinade

ingredients
- 1/4 C salad oil
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/4 vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 C very finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tsp dry mustard
directions
Slather on beef. Let sit in the refrigerator over night (or longer).
