Chicken Florentine
This recipe can also be adapted with either fish or shrimp.
ingredients
- 4 bonesless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 (13.5 ounce) cans spinach, drained
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
