Grandma's Scotcharoos
ingredients
- 1/2c sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 c rice krispies
- 1/2 bag butterscotch chips
- 1/2 bag choc. chips
directions
Spray pan w/ nonstick cooking spray. Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Add, melting peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add krispies. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Melt chips in microwave 15 secs at a time until all are melted. Pour on top of krispies and refrigerate 15-20 min.

Recipe can be doubled with 6 c of rice krispies, 1 2/3c butterscotch chips and 1c choc. chips
